Mechanics

• Moving before the skill is fully activated cancels it and puts it on a short recharge.
• True Shot is the only guardian's skill with the attack range of 1500 units, and one of the few across all professions.

October 02, 2018	This skill will now use a 4-second cooldown and a 10% higher damage value in WvW, matching the PvE version.
