Location[edit]
Text[edit]
- Interacting with the northeastern statue
- Crudely carved by any artist's standards, this statues[sic] shows little innate talent. And yet, the passion with which it was sculpted is evident. The sculptor carved tiny words in the stone.
- Examine the carving.
- It says, "Dwayna 2. Dedicated to her beauty and sweetness. Work your magics through my hands, and I will raise a statue in your honor that will shame even your priestesses." The signature reads, "Malchor."

- Interacting with the southern statue
- Even as old as it is, this statue was obviously never completed. The sculptor carved what appear to be words in the base.
- Examine the carving.

- Interacting with the northwestern statue
- The marks on this statue have a manic, swirling pattern. The mind of its creator was either brilliant or insane. The sculptor carved what appear to be words in the block.
- Examine the carving.
- It says, "And again, Dwayna, and again, and again, until I have captured your beauty, you. You will be mine! You will be MINE!" A scrawled letter "M" is the only other thing carved there.

- It says, in old-fashioned Krytan, "Dwayna, my goddess queen, my love, my..." The rest is scratched out with hacking marks that also marr[sic] the signature, "Malchor."

Trivia[edit]
- The southern statue's text was changed to settle a lore discrepancy about the carvings written in "old-fashioned Krytan", and that both Malchor and the statue were of Orrian origins.[1] Also, it could be questioned whether the player character would be able to read old-fashioned Krytan, since Cultural Diffusion in Contemporary Kryta described the language as "falling out of favor (...) confusing to all but the most learned scholars (...) something of a relic, unused by the majority of the general population".
