Alacrigade (Alacrity renegade)[edit]

Power DPS Renegade[edit]

  • S/S Kalla/Shiro ~30-31k - Takes Soulcleave (~2.5k DPS) and AP (~1.2k DPS per power DPS). Staff is optional for CC, should not bring it or swap to it if not needed. Can run shortbow swap. Not sure on exact dps difference with impact vs air/fire but should be minor.

Hand Kite[edit]

"Hand Kiter" is a special role on the Deimos boss fight (Wing 4 Boss 4). Your job is to be the farthest person from the boss so that the red damaging AoEs that spawn on you don't hurt the group or get absorbed by the boss (it gets a damage buff for each). To do this you need to be able to survive the damage from the hands, block (or ignore with damage reduction/conversion into healing) the Mind Crush attack, and survive the %hp damage after. The builds below take shield as an optional extra block and use 10% damage reduction food (check Food and utility section) any of the reduction foods work and help though they are not needed, feel free to take what ever other stats you want (if you take more toughness let your tank know).

  • Alternate Herald Hand Kite - Uses mainly heal herald/renegade gear so easy to gear and easy to play, once you get the hang of the build you're able to place your tablet on the group/saul to help with healing.
    • General swaps are to lower toughness, we don't want highest and lower lets someone else tank if main tank dies.
    • General stats are up to you, we're defaulting to try and match the normal heal setups just with no default toughness. Magi's is the normal swap here for more healing once we don't need boon duration anymore, but feel free to run more harrier if you have it for renegade.
    • Sigils and relics are also up to you, the defaults are fine and you really don't need anything special.
    • Second weapon set of Scepter/Shield is just as a backup and not needed, it can be used early to help with boons then is mainly there just as extra shield blocks. Scepter/Shield or Hammer can be replaced with staff if desired, though staff is not needed and is worse than hammer at avoiding damage (and dealing damage obviously) imo.
      • Basic guide is to stack 5 hands (1 hand per second then 6s waiting for the next set). Dodge off or move so that you're not hit by the final stack of 5 hands, it hurts a lot, then stack another 5. For this setup I stay on hammer and Ventari (Centaur) for most of the fight, you'll want to keep your F2 active for extra healing and damage reduction. Use hammer 3 (in place) to evade 2 hand hits (I go for hits 4/5), can also just evade off the stack for the 5th hand to avoid it. Your big heal on Ventari takes a second to go off so if you need it use it early. When Mind Crush starts switch to Glint (Dragon) and spam your heal (use the consume) so that you heal through it, you can stand on hands during this just make sure to move off before the buff ends. After you survive the hit, activate your elite facet for protection and your other facets for more boons and damage reduction. Make sure you don't hit 0 energy so feel free to delay the facets a sec if you have no hands up or consume them early. Once your Ventari (centaur) legend is up again swap back, use your heal if you need it. Advanced strats would be to leave your tablet on group/saul as mentioned before, and trying to do damage with hammer (extra energy can be spent on hammer 2). You can also do things like provide some boons to group and use hammer 3 to grab tears.
