As an engineer he had applied to the college of dynamics but was refused for the sake of "the city's safety". The college of statics having been recommended to teach self-restraint. Unimpressed by either school of though, he soon left the city to find interest in the rest of the world. Roaming around Tyria taught Daroem many things about combat and development. Before finishing his grand tour of Tyria, Mordremoth made his entrance into the world of Tyria. Hearing immediately of the new challenges and perils of the Maguuma Jungle, Daroem headed straight to the jungle without a look back. Since his arrival in the jungle Daroem has only searched for more difficult challenges. The Forsaken Thicket very soon caught his attention, and with another group of adventurers he soon defeated any remnants of Bandits in the Forsaken Thicket.
