I want to get to the bottom of this energy cost thing. So to begin I will be recording known energy values. Feel free to help out--just add a similar entry (with the URL to a reference image or video in the edit summary or discussion page please).

The base energy listed is the character's total energy minus the energy gain from Willpower. I include it because it might be used in the calculation for skill costs.
