It was a dark and rainy day in a small tavern located in Beetletun.

Rubi took a nice swig from a bottle of ale while balancing on two legs from her chair.

She was already waiting for at least one hour,

waiting for her client to give her an assignment.

She heard the bell ring and saw the front door opening,

it was a young man in a dark blue almost black trenchcoat.

He had white hair and his arm was in a sling.

Was this her client?

But the young man passed and took place in a dark corner of the room.

This wasn't him.

Rubi ordered another bottle of ale and decided to wait aggain.

She closed her eyes and heard the drops of rain falling on the roof.

There was the sound of the bell again.

The door opened and an old male asura walked in guarded by a huge muscled norn.

He walked to Rubi and came to a halt in front of her.

"Are you Rubi Malone the bounty huntress?"

Rubi nodded, the norn grumbled.

"I need you to hunt someone down."

"What's in it for me?"

The Asura smiled,

"I'll offer you this bag of gold coins"

"How much is in it?"

"20 gold coins count them yourself if you don't trust me"

"it's fine, tell me about my assignment."

"Aaah yes, you see a so called ''friend'' of mine is gone missing and I want him back. Dead if possible."

"you want your friend to die?"

"well you see he isn't really my friend he's more of a rival or you could even say an enemy. Anyways he stole my powerstones and I want them back, before he uses it for his always failing inventions HA! he thinks he's better than me!!""

Rubi took a swig and asked:

"So all I need to do is get your powerstones back?"

"Yes I jus told you didn't I!? stupid Bookahs..."

"What did you call me?"

"N..Nothing keep your guns in their holsters please, or I've got to use my little norn friend over here"

The Norn laughed and mocked Rubi, She couldn't even fire her pistols at me before I struck her with my mighty battle axe!

"Quiet, I didn't pay you to talk!"

The norn became silent and grumbled again.

"Okay, I'll hunt your little friend down."

"Than it's settled, come to my Chamber after your work is done to recieve your reward.I'll stay here for a week after that I'm going back to Rata Sum and you could wave your reward goodbye. So make sure you're done in a week!"

The asura and the norn left.

Rubi took another swig from her ale and closed her eyes to listen to the sound of the rain...
