This is a simple list that gives a very rough translation from FFXIV Class to GW2 Build. These translations are not perfect and take into account both themes and mechanics. Guild Wars 2 is a very different game from FFXIV, so it's best to come in with a clean perspective generally. Keep in mind we do not have tanks or true casters in this game, and there is no "Ranged DPS" role. The game is incredibly melee-focused.
