Hes saying you could make a template subpage, put the above raw text on it, and then for example you could write:

{{User:Rohar/Chat codes/template | 1 = AyADAAA | 2 = Malachite Copper Amulet | 3 = 00101 | 4 = 0x03 00 65 00 00 }}

You don't even need the parameter numbers in there (1 = etc.), numbers are automatically assigned to unnamed parameters.
