This list of financial records and personal files is indecipherable at first glance. However, upon closer inspection, it appears to be tracing the wealth and gatherings of suspected Purist sympathizers. A small memo is pinned to the top:
"I'm unsure if there's anybody left to read this, but if this message is ever found, don't expect to find anything more here. I've compiled a list of agents and enterprises my grandfather was convinced were tied to the old Purist regime, plotting against the empress from within. It was his last request that I do this. I'm honoring it, but I can't indulge these fantasies anymore.
I'll be reporting his suspicions to the Ministry of Security, and if there's anything of note in these conspiracies, they'll take it from there. If some sort of secret resistance against the Purists did at one time exist, it died out long ago."
