Astral Ward Medic Miyrna is an NPC found in Lion's Arch, south-west of Tokk's Mill, on the cliffside, and Bava Nisos, north-west of Alliance Camp, in front of the tent. She starts the side story achievement, Work Hard for Now, which awards the Wizard's Portal Tome. In Lion's Arch, she is accompanied by three animals—Jasper, Harkin, and Russell.
