The Black Lion Merchant is a merchant who appears in Black Haven if Free the Black Lion merchants before they reach Draithor's Demesnes was successfully completed with all five merchants intact. Upon completion of the event, he initially disappears into Black Haven, but then re-emerges to offer his services as a merchant.
