Blood, silence, and...regret. I still feel regret.
I watched the spark of life leave Nautus's eyes before rolling them and the others into the abyss below, where my new master waits. Defiance welled up inside, a few tears, one last gasp of air, but it's done.
I remember his fanged smile, before he returned me to my slumber the night before last, my bloodied daggers hidden where my waking self would not find them. Sintri, Marago, Odamos, they served Aria well... Now they'll serve him, too.
Soon, I'll join them in the ravaging nightmare, where I belong. My regret, my fear, my rage...they belong to him, now.
