Creased Journal Page | On the last ledge above the boss. On top of a rock pile between the roots of a tree. Easier to reach by going under the roots and climbing the rocks from behind. |

Bloodied Journal | On the south-eastern pillar beside the boss platform. Requires a grappling hook ammo to reach (you can backtrack using the portals to a crate with ammo in). Make sure to target the grapple far enough onto the platform, and the note is at the far edge of the pillar. |
