The Bloodstone-Charged Lava Wurm is a large powerful lava wurm living inside the Wurm's Furnace that was fed with bloodstone magic by the Mercenaries.

- Skills
- Head Slam - Melee attack that damages and applies knockback to enemies on the platform in front of the wurm, also summoning a Bloodstone Elemental Mauler.
- Lava Geyser - Ranged attack that creates several small AoEs that deal damage and apply burning from eruptions similar to Lava Font.
- Spin - Melee attack that devours close enemies and throws them far away.
- Spit - Ranged attack that deals very high damage.
