Walkthrough[edit]
- To collect jars, fill them with lightning and contribute to the event — collect the Empty Bottles marked with the icon by getting close and clicking the interaction key (default F).
- Once the Empty Bottle is collected, it has to be filled with the lightning energy. It can be done by standing in the circles that frequently appear on the ground.

Dialogue[edit]
- Event is about to start
- Artillery Specialist Brikki: Let me tell ya, Fog, I'd kill for a stable energy grid here.
- Artillery Specialist Brikki: Without power, my guns are about as useless as those smoke-belching toys the charr try to pass off as cannons.
- Slithering Fog: Hmmm. I wonder if we could somehow harness the natural storms that plague these isles...
- Slithering Fog: The wayfinder here was able to capture lightning in bottles down in Syntri!
- Artillery Specialist Brikki: Is that so? Well, that may just give my guns the kick they need! Not sure they'll stay topped off for long ...
- Artillery Specialist Brikki: ...but my babies only really need to get off one shot to blast these beasts back to the Mists!
- Event start
- Slithering Fog: Wayfinder, take a bottle and do what you did in Syntri. Just stand under the lightning strikes.
- Slithering Fog: Unsure, I am, how long this storm will last, though.
- Artillery Specialist Brikki: Once you get a charge, just drop it into the generators. My guns will do the rest.
- Artillery Specialist Brikki: Time to show those "Canthans" how things are done.
- Randomly, upon turning in lightning at the Turret Generator
- Artillery Specialist Brikki: Yes! Good!
- Artillery Specialist Brikki: Asuran tech at its finest, right there!
- Artillery Specialist Brikki: Woo! That's what I'm talkin' about!
- Slithering Fog: Keep at it, Wayfinder!
- Slithering Fog: Amazing!
- Two minutes before the storm abates
- Artillery Specialist Brikki: Hey, put some pep in your step, will ya? The storm's not gonna last all day.
- Event bar is at about 60%
- Slithering Fog: Good work, Wayfinder! I think it's working, based on how excited our friend here is getting!
- Event success
- Slithering Fog: Hadn't realized how much technology had advanced outside the delta! Make quick work of titans, those weapons sure do.
- Artillery Specialist Brikki: Look, spears are great and all, but sometimes things just gotta go BOOM!
- Slithering Fog: True enough.
- Event failure
- Artillery Specialist Brikki: Damn, the storm's abating. The guns'll run dry any second now...
- Slithering Fog: I'm sure the storms will start again soon, knowing this place.
Notes[edit]
- Collecting lightning while carrying an Empty Bottle yields the effect Lightning in a Bottle.
- Trying to turn in lightning without Lightning in a Bottle shows the following message: You need a jar filled with lightning.
- After completion, the event becomes ready again after 3 minutes.
- Diminishing returns on event rewards begin on the third completion, with no bonus chests and reduced rewards on subsequent completions (likely restarts after reset).
