The Ministry of Purity directs all chapter leaders to the amended registry of seditious talk, now expanded to include the following:
1. Referring to the minister's strategic retreat as a "rout."
2. Implication that insurrection forces outside Zen Daijun temple have Canthan soldiers "surrounded."
3. Reference of any kind to the empress's so-called offer of clemency, clearly fabricated by enemies of the throne.
4. Any suggestion that the minister no longer speaks on the empress's behalf.
In accordance with edict Vermillion Twenty-Six, any combatant practicing impure speech and ideation must be submitted for loyalty processing. As ever, our future must rest upon firm foundations, which requires the rot of sedition to be excised from the body.
