Commander Spleedoop is a Renown Heart NPC located in the southeast portion of Nonmoa Lake. Help the endangered quaggans, and he will become a karma merchant.

How should I go about scouting the Sipedon Deeps?
- Quaggan can cloak you, to go look for krait weaknesses. Stay clear of krait witch! She can make you visible again.
- Make me unseen, and I'll scout the Deeps to help you!
- Once cloaked, work your way to the top of Sipedon Deeps, where prisoners are. Hurry! Your cloak will not last very long.

- Krait steal shiny things from quaggans. Quaggan need shiny things back, to trade for food and weapons.
