Ikniu carries a spear with Sabiti's head.

Sabiti was Ikniu's brother and the strongest warrior of the Momoztli tribe. As part of a ritual sacrifice, he was sent to confront the Risen. After Sabiti is defeated in his corrupted state, a mentor decapitates him so that his head can be brought back to the village leaders as proof of Risen corruption. Ikniu carries this unique item.
