Dialogue[edit]

Event start
Lionguard Renee: They're here!
Sheriff Christophe: Look alive, people! The enemy's come knocking. Lionguard! To your stations!
Speaking to NPCs at First Haven
Clerk Ulva: Ah, save me! I'm too young and fantastically well-organized to die!
Karma.png Have anything to help me fight these things?
Talk end option tango.png Hang in there.
Deputy Alinor: Be careful! These abominations are strong.
Talk end option tango.png Don't worry. I'll make sure these dead fear the living.
Lionguard Hroda: Let the undead come! I'll kill more than any Lionguard.
Talk end option tango.png Fight on!
Lionguard Renee: Not now! I'm a little busy trying to stay alive at the moment.
Talk end option tango.png Sorry!
Sheriff Christophe: Be aware of what's around you. These undead can surprise you if you're not careful. And by surprise, I mean eat your eyeballs out.
Talk back option tango.png[sic] Understood.
Wassa: They just keep coming! Please don't tell anyone I'm up here. I don't want to die.
Dignity This is time for heroes. Take up arms and help us win the day.
I don't know. I'm not a fighter, but you're right. Something needs to be done. Hiding doesn't solve anything. They'll find me eventually.
Dignity Then join the fight. Show the undead that good, brave people still exist in Tyria.
I...I...yes. I can't hide forever. It's time to stand up to those shambling corpses. If I don't make it, remember me when you look at the stars at night.
Talk end option tango.png I'm proud of you. Now, to battle!
Talk end option tango.png Anytime.
Talk end option tango.png Stay out of sight. Maybe they won't come up here.
When the undead approach while the wall/gates are up
Sheriff Christophe: Undead approaching the front gate. Hold steady, men!
Foreman Wraun: They're beating down the gate. It's not going to hold much longer!
Foreman Wraun: They're trying to break through the south wall!
Sheriff Christophe: Man the side wall! More undead coming!
Sheriff Christophe: Defend the back gates. Don't let them break through!
Once the west gate is destroyed
Foreman Wraun: The west gate is down! If I die, remember me as a great builder whose walls mostly held up.
Once the south wall is destroyed
Foreman Wraun: The wall's down! You heathens! You ruined perfectly good, and downright charming, stonework.
When the undead approach while the wall/gates are destroyed
Sheriff Christophe: The front gate's down! Push back the undead before they swarm in.
Sheriff Christophe: They're swarming in from behind! Hold the line! Don't let them advance into the fort!
Sheriff Christophe: We lost the wall. Hold off the undead or we're done for!
If you convince Wassa to join the fight
Wassa: Make way for this pint-sized package of pain!
Wassa: Taste my newly discovered fury, you rotbags!
