Getting there[edit]
From 
Joko's Domain Waypoint — , follow the road: go northeast until the almost-immediate fork, east at the fork, follow the curve southeast through the cave full of spiders, then follow the road. After the road curves northeast, but before the road makes another curve to the south with a portal visible to the east, look to the north for a large cave entrance on a ledge above the ground, reachable by Springer, north of the Lupicus Boneyard.
The mastery point is inside that cave, surrounded by tar elementals.
