“Hand in runestones and unbound energy, run over wisps, use the jackal's Pounce skill on tormented dust devils, and destroy remnants.
— Heart objective
Help Drojkor, Spirit Squall, control jackals is a renown heart in Sand Jackal Run, The Desolation.
Walkthrough[edit]
The heart does not show up until you have trained either the Springer's High Vault mastery, or the Skimmer's Ride the Wind mastery.
Contributing actions[edit]
- Kill Elder Tormented Remnants — 10% heart progress
- Use the Jackal's Pounce skill on Tormented Remnant Dust Devils and kill the resulting Remnant Dust Devil — 3% heart progress
- Hand in Runestones from killed remnants and bring them to Drojkor — 3% heart progress per runestone
- Run through Unbound Torment Energy while on the Jackal — 2% heart progress
- Bring at least 10 stacks of Unbound Energy to Drojkor, Spirit Squall while mounted on a jackal — 20% heart progress[1]
- Run over wisps — 1% heart progress
Completion message[edit]
- If Jackal had not been unlocked yet
Drojkor, Spirit Squall Jackal Saddle You've done everything we've asked. You have proven you have the heart to ride a jackal. Return to me, and I'll sell you a jackal saddle. —Drojkor, Spirit Squall |
Notes[edit]
- It is possible to complete this renown heart without borrowing a Jackal. Kill some Elder Tormented Remnants on the roof (about 5-6 should be enough, they respawn quite quickly) and bring the dropped runestones to Drojkor.
- ^ You must have at least 10 stacks of Carrying Unbound Energy in order to gain any progress on the heart, otherwise your stacks of Carrying Unbound Energy will be removed and you will not receive any progress. You will not receive more credit for more than 10 stacks; for instance 30 stacks will still grant 20% progress.
