Mechanics

•  Leader of the Pack — This skill grants its  Stability and condition removing effects to allies.
• The damage reduction stacks multiplicatively with other sources, such as  Protection.
• The stance effect can be stacked up to 9 times.

Unique interactions

• Despite the fact this stance grants immunity to the conditions listed, it effectively immediately cleanses the conditions.
  •  Deathly Chill and other traits like it will still inflict their bonus conditions.
  • This also means Relic of Nayos will heal you

• Bountiful Hunter — You deal increased strike damage for each boon affecting you. Your pet deals increased strike damage for each boon affecting it.
• Fortifying Bond — When you gain a boon, it is shared with your pet.

Soulbeast

• Leader of the Pack — Stance skills gain increased duration on you and grant their effects to nearby allies for a reduced duration.

February 14, 2023	Reduced duration from 6 seconds to 4 seconds in PvP only. Reduced cooldown from 60 seconds to 40 seconds in PvP only.
October 26, 2021	Multiplicative damage reduction enhancements have been updated to display how much damage was reduced by rather than displaying how much the damage is multiplied by. For example, protection now displays "-33% Damage" instead of "67% damage." This is not a change to functionality; it is only a change to display the bonus in a more intuitively understandable way.
October 05, 2021	All effects that provide a percentage reduction to incoming damage have been standardized to stack multiplicatively.
February 25, 2020	Competitive content update: (Competitive split) Increased cooldown from 40 seconds to 60 seconds[sic].
March 05, 2019	The duration of this skill has been split between game modes and reduced from 6 seconds to 5 seconds in PvP only.
December 11, 2018	No longer applies retaliation. Instead, it now reduces incoming condition damage and physical damage by 33% for the duration of the stance in addition to its other effects. (Undocumented) Increased cooldown to 40 seconds in PvP only.
