Dredge Cubnappers are dredge that appear after a large group of players completes the Gain snow leopard's form from Shaman Sigarr, then hunt down the dredge event. They use a Dredge Personnel Carrier to capture the Snow Leopard Cubs at Heart of the Snow Leopard, initiating the event Protect Shaman Velja while she recovers the kidnapped snow leopard cubs from the dredge.
