Elite Deranged Spirits are tough hostile ghosts that can be sometimes found within the ruins of Fragmented Wastes.

- Ether Wrap - Casts three AoEs on the ground which damage and inflict
knock back to the player. - Slash - Slashes the player with a sword.
- Spirit Projectile - Shoots a spirit projectile at the player, damaging and applying torment.
- Spirit Fury - A torrent of furious, ghostly energy that tears through the ground. Knocks foes back a distance depending on the proximity of the source of the attack.
