Elixir X

Elixir. Drink Elixir X to become a rampaging brute or whirling tornado. Underwater, become either a withering plague or a whirlpool.

 Whirlpool (15s): Transformed into a whirlpool.

 Plague (20s): Assumed the form of a moving plague.

• Compounding Chemicals — Heal yourself when you grant yourself a boon. Remove a condition from yourself when you use an elixir skill. Gain increased concentration.
• HGH — Elixirs gain increased durations, and grant might.

Tools

• Power Wrench — Reduce the recharge of your elite skill when you dodge.

When activated while wielding a kit, this skill sometimes doesn't work.

Rampage: This skill now grants 3 stacks of stability every 3 seconds, with a 3-second duration. Swiftness is now applied every 3 seconds for a 3-second duration. Leaving this transformation no longer removes swiftness. Whirlpool: This skill now grants 1 stack of stability every 3 seconds, with a 3-second duration. Plague: This skill now grants 3 stacks of stability every 3 seconds, with a 3-second duration.
