Bug:

You can buy the Essecne of Strength before you reached the necessary prerequisite step in Strength of the Unseen from the Faction Provisoner. The materials will be lost and you will not get credited. Despite the tooltip saying "You can only buy one per account", you can buy the item again once you reach the step but you will have to pay the Pinches of Stardust and Research Notes a second time.
