"Our worst fears have been realized. The Luxon delegation sent their surrender, and the Ministry of Purity's allies in court are ascendant. With the war concluded, my contacts tell me the Ministry's eyes have turned inward, and they are gathering lists of dissenters and enemies. I'm sure our efforts to oppose their rise to power have not been forgotten.
I plan to petition the court one last time, but should the worst come to pass, our resistance must continue. Instruct our friends to go into hiding, and use our hidden network to communicate.
