The farmlands here have a kind of beauty we didn't get to see in Hoelbrak. I hope the pirates don't completely ruin them.

Why don't you fight them off?

I'd give anything to be able to give them what they deserve. But I fell ill after my son was born, and my strength hasn't been the same since. I've had to limit my physical exertion.

So, you're not a farmer?

No, I'm not. I plan on opening a shop once things settle down. I don't know what I'll sell, but I'll figure something out.
