Goro Cleverclaws is a Quetzal tengu found at the Petraj's Rest in Drizzlewood Coast and the Eye of the North. He will become available as a merchant only after completing the Mysterious Journal collection.

- Take refuge at the Eye of the North, I'll get the etchings for you.
- Wonderful. I make etching paper specifically to copy the carvings. It takes one day using traditional methods. You can have the one I made today as thanks. Here. (Puts 1 Sheet of Handmade Tengu Etching Paper in Player's inventory)
