1	Speak with Cattra to learn more.				Talk to Astral Ward Researcher Cattra. She is right next to the rock gwyl ring, southeast of  Foothold Bivouac Waypoint — .
2	Tend to the rock gwyl ring.				A little southeast of Cattra, near the small pond. Pick up the Rock and complete the gwyl ring by her.
3	Tend to the saurian egg gwyl ring.				North of  Hunter's Camp Waypoint — , up on a ledge with a bouncing mushroom by Stunning Peak . Place the Saurian Egg from the cliff to the south in the gwyl ring below to the north.
4	Tend to the bright fern gwyl ring.				East of  Nestled Clutch — on top of the river bed. Grab a Bright Fern and complete the gwyl ring northeast by the palm tree.
5	Tend to the blue poppy gwyl ring.				South of  Twin Geysers — . Pick the Blue Poppies and place it in the flower ring northwest.
6	Tend to the red mushroom gwyl ring.				North of  Priority Specimen Containment — on top of a cliff platform. Bring the Red Mushroom to the gwyl ring northwest.
7	Tend to the coconut gwyl ring.				Northwest of  Winding Haven — at the base of a large palm tree. Bring the Coconut to the ring southeast across the river.
8	Tend to the frog gwyl ring.				South of  Giant's Lap — on a lillypad in the water. Abduct the Frog and free it by the gwyl ring southwest.
9	Tend to the butterfly gwyl ring.				At  Grotto of Spirits — by the base of a tree. Catch the Butterfly and release it in the gwyl ring by the shore.
10	Tend to the wildflower gwyl ring.				Northeast of  Choya Conclave — . Pick the Wildflowers and place it in the gwyl ring to the north.
11	Report back to Cattra.				Return to Astral Ward Researcher Cattra.  Foothold Bivouac Waypoint —

Notes

Bug:

Interactable objects such as rocks may not appear or you may not have an option to pick them up. This can be solved by moving a couple thousand units away and returning to the object; alternatively, going to the Character selection screen and loading your character again.

Completing the Great Choya Race lets you interact with the wildflowers for a few seconds.
