Hold the Gates of Flame against waves of Flame Legion is a level 70 event that occurs in The Baelfire. Completing it opens up the Citadel of Flame.
(event respawns every 5-10mins. Be sure to attack the champion on the north side *near waypoint* for achievement credit)
