- Applied automatically if present in your inventory when interacting with a Mistlock Singularity.
- Outgoing damage in fractals is increased by 15%.
- Outgoing condition damage in fractals is increased by 15%.
- The condition damage increase is applied to the condition damage attribute like an additional utility nourishment as well as being applied to the outgoing damage itself.
- Grants 10-30% of your Agony Resistance per stack in bonus vitality. The exact percentage depends on your highest mastered Fractal Attunement mastery.
- Agony Channeler equals 10%
- Recursive Resourcing equals 25%
- Mistlock Singularities equals 30%
- It requires 406 uses to break even vs. buying Large Mist Offensive Potions. (Gold spent breaks even much earlier: 80 uses.)
