Jade Tech Defensive Protocol
Jade Tech Defensive Protocols are pieces of dragonjade technology found around Cantha. You must have at least 1 stack of 
Jade Power Charge to activate it, and it will grant 
Jade Tech Defensive Overcharge (45m) up to a maximum of 3 hours.

- Increased the maximum duration for either overcharge effects from 2.25 hours to 3 hours.
- Removed the delay and reduced the activation time when gaining either overcharge effects.
- Increased the internal effect cooldown when entering combat from 30 seconds to 90 seconds.
