Legendary Bloodstone-Crazed Devourer is a legendary devourer that appears in Dry Top, The Silverwastes, Blazeridge Steppes, and Fields of Ruin. The creature is empowered by a Bloodstone Sliver from the Maguuma Jungle bloodstone, improving some of its attacks and giving it the ability to create Blood Links to targeted players.

- Bloodstone Siege - A stronger version of a siege devourer's signature attack. Launches three Volatile Bloodstone Elementals at areas indicated by orange AoE circles for extremely high damage. A few seconds after impact, the elementals will stand up and attack players as well.
