Skills and Upgrades are unlocked per character and are not account bound.
There is a stone wall that requires an unimplemented upgrade to the Glove of Wisdom in 2-2 (Symbol: Fist with a down arrow symbol, the letter P in the New Krytan alphabet)
Skills that are not yet unlocked are replaced with Locked.
