Okan is a human found in the Garden of Seborhin, looking over Seborhin Circle from the north. He is the youngest son of Okoro. Unlike his brothers, he values his father's teachings and trains diligently so that he can be accepted into the Mordant Crescent one day.

Torment - Crippling Talon - Throw a dagger to bleed and cripple your foe.
- Stalker's Strike - Stab and poison your foe while evading attacks. This attack deals increased damage and poison against movement-impaired foes.
- Tactical Strike - Stealth Attack. Daze your foe by bashing them with your sword hilt. Daze them for a longer duration if you attack from behind or they are defiant. Applies vulnerability.
- Thieves Guild - Deception. Call more thieves to support you in combat.
