Text[edit]

Project Omega Self-Evaluation Report II: Naati

The following report collects the content of Project Omega subject Naati's audio logs, as transcribed by project specialist Keelli, for Overseer Kuda's eyes only. Unauthorized access will be reported and prosecuted according to Inquest compliance protocols.

Entry 6
Omega Team's performance at the temple was subpar. I was not without my own missteps, true, but at least I didn't wreck valuable equipment worth thousands of gold... unlike those two buffoons. If you ask my opinion, Overseer, I believe that our male companions may prove to be too volatile for further testing and I may suggest an all-female complement in our next phase of experimentation. Aside from a brief loss of control I believe I performed admirably, and I continue to improve my control over the illusions that I've learned to conjure. I believe more extensive testing should be all that is required to perfect my abilities.

Entry 7
There's still no sign of the leader of the Astral Ward, Isgarren. The commander has been seen operating independent of the wizard since arriving in the area, which is nothing short of infuriating. I know you have asked me to set aside my "fixation," as you called it, but I believe we would do well to not discount the seer's capability to involve himself in our affairs, even from a distance.

Entry 8
The commander has arranged a parley, and we've been ordered to provide assistance. I'm confident that this is the advantage we've been waiting for, Overseer...excuse me, Director. I am still not used to the new hierarchy. Your brilliant suggestion, however, to take the commander prisoner and use them as a bargaining chip will surely be the lure we need to draw Isgarren out of hiding. I only hope that this is not part of some ruse.
