— In-game description

Refined Homestead Metal is a crafting material used for Homestead decorations. It is obtained by refining common metal types at the Homestead Refinement—Metal Forge. Up to 200 refined Homestead metal can be initially obtained by refining metal every week. This limit can be permanently increased by purchasing metal trade capacity upgrades at the Homestead Refinement-Metal Forge.

Refined Homestead metal can also be bought with coins on the Black Market tab. The black market prices increase after each purchase but reset back to the original price after every weekly reset. Refined Homestead Metal bought this way doesn't count towards the weekly cap.
