Refugee
These quaggan Refugees are attempting to escape mysterious creatures in the Unending Ocean but are being hindered by the Risen of Orr. Many rest at Kahloipoi Village before moving further north into the Sea of Sorrows.
Some quaggan refugees used to reside in Fort Salma, having escaped the Toxic Alliance's pollution of Viathan Lake, until Mordremoth decimated the fort.

Dialogue[edit]
- During Help quaggan refugees reach safer waters
- All quaggan wants is a safe place for quaggan's egg. Northern waters seem so far away...
- I'm sure you'll make it. Good-bye.
- Quaggan wants to rest. Quaggan is tired of swimming from not-dead krait.
- You can do it. Let's get going.
- Krait scare quaggan. Varonos says quaggans should feel bad for krait because they have death without peace, but quaggan is still scared.
- It'll be okay.
- Oah! Quaggan's time to lay eggs is approaching, but this place isn't safe for even a grown quaggan. What should quaggan do?
- Keep swimming north. You'll be okay there.
Valslake Refugees[edit]
- After reviving, first quaggan
- Noooo. Quaggan can't go on. Quaggan is too scared to swim any more. These waters are unfamiliar.
- There's a quaggan village nearby. I'll get you there.
- Coo! Quaggan is so tired, but quaggan trusts <Character name> and is excited that this journey might be ending.
- Let's get a move on.
- That's too bad.
- While escorting to Urgulp
- OoooOOooooo. Quaggan is frightened. Stay close to quaggan, please.
- All right.
- After reviving, second quaggan
- Quaggan gives up. Quaggan has been walking and swimming so long to get away from Jormag's monsters, but quaggan can't find a safe place.
- There is a quaggan village nearby. I'll get you there.
- Ooh? Are you telling quaggan the truth? If there is safety near, quaggan can swim a little longer.
- Let's keep going.
- That's too bad.
- While escorting to Urgulp
- Quaggan is so tired. Quaggan can hardly keep swimming.
- Hang in there.
- After reviving, third quaggan
- Quaggan's flippers are floppy and flaily. Quaggan has to stop. Don't wait. Quaggan will stall the icebrood by letting them kill quaggan. It's okay. Quaggan is prepared to sacrifice everything.
- Nobody is staying behind. The village is close.
- It's close? How close? Quaggan still thinks it would be a better strategy to let quaggan get torn flipper from flipper.
- No one left behind. Now, swim!
- That's too bad.
- While escorting to Urgulp
- Quaggans must be close. Is that it? Ah, no. It must be just beyond the next reef.
- Almost there.
- After reviving, forth quaggan
- No. No. No. Quaggan is done. Leave quaggan here to die. Go on.
- There's a quaggan village nearby. I'll get you there.
- Nearby? Quaggan will use up quaggan's last reserves if you're sure. But, quaggan might fall down dead upon arrival.
- I'm sure. C'mon.
- That's too bad.
- While escorting to Urgulp
- Are quaggans there yet? Quaggan wants to rest.
- Just a little farther.
