Notes

• Kela gains this effect only during the storm phase:
  • ₁ Relentless Speed every 2 seconds; and,
  • ₁ Relentless Speed every 2 seconds from standing in each sandy AoE from Executors of Waves.
• The number of stacks resets when:
  • she uses   Ambush on a downed Elite Crocodilian Razortooth; or,
  • the current storm phase concludes.
