Notes

• The PvE route to this Relic is implicitly locked behind some Skyscale masteries, concretely at least Enhanced Updrafts (Flight Training rank 4) and probably Ley-Line Acclimation (Flight Training rank 6). This is due to most of the events of Event Collection: The Midnight Abyss, especially [Group Event] Disable Zakiros's extractor towers (80), taking place high in the sky above The Midnight Abyss with no way of reaching the objectives and therefore gaining participation without an upgraded Skyscale.
