Mechanics

• Casting an elite skill creates the pool underneath the closest enemy within 600 units, or at the player's location if no targets are in range.
• Pulses every 0.5 seconds, applying  Poisoned and  Crippled.
• The pool pulses a minimum of 3 times up to a maximum of 12 times. The longer the base cooldown of the elite skill, the more pulses this relic does, at a ratio of one pulse for every 15 seconds of the elite skill's cooldown.
