Dialogue[edit]

Event start
Scholar Merla: Not again, the tar elementals are back.
Scholar Merla: Secure the lab equipment and take cover!
During event
(at Caer Shadowfain)
Scholar Andele: The R&D Camp's last transmission was interrupted. Sounds like they're in trouble.
Scholar Andele: We get periodic updates from the R&D camp on Winterknell Island[sic] but their last update was cut short. I'm worried about them.
Talk more option tango.png Could you tell me more about this R&D camp?
It's a research facility out on Winterknell Island[sic], specializing in developing anti-Risen weaponry.
Tick green.png Interesting. I can check in on them if you'd point the way.
That'd be great if you could do that!
Talk end option tango.png No problem.
Talk end option tango.png I'm sure they're fine.
Tick green.png I'd be happy to go check in on them if you'd point the way. (Same as above)
Talk end option tango.png I'm sure they're fine.
(Merla runs up the guard tower in the middle of the camp.)
Scholar Merla: No! My poor lab. Someone, do something!
Scholar Merla: It's safe here," they said. "No undead," they said! That's because it's infested with oozes!
Scholar Merla: Ugh! They've oozed all over the equipment. That's never going to wash out.
Event success
Scholar Merla: At least elementals have enough sense to retreat when they're losin'. Good job. Back to work, now.
Scholar Merla: Now, would you look at this? My samples have all been contaminated.
