We're not all on board with the peace process going on at the Summit. Skoll's Bivouac is the Vanguard[sic] front line against Renegade forces who're looking to toss a wrench into it.

Tell me more about the Renegades.

Sure, yeah. We got our Separatists in Ebonhawke, and the charr got their Renegades. Both groups want to get back to warring with each other as soon as possible. No matter the cost.

How goes the fight against them?

Not well. They suck up too much time and resources. It's dangerous enough without them. We won't bend, though. We'll beat the beauty of peace into their heads, if we have to.
