Sharp Drill Blades is an effect applied to player who are standing too close to the excavators during the Secrets of the Weald meta event. The effect makes player rapidly lose health and creates red frame around the screen as a warning.
This effect can occur only during these events: 
[Group Event] Destroy the northern Inquest excavator (80), [Group Event] Destroy the eastern Inquest excavator (80) and [Group Event] Destroy the southern Inquest excavator (80).
