Shroud (rank)

Shroud is a rank in the Mesmer Collective. They are the collective's field agents and investigators. Initiates are recruited into the collective's Shroud, and they gradually rise in the ranks, tutored in spell craft and arcane protections, until they are considered to join the Veil, the highest-ranking mesmers in the organization.
