Mechanics

Anomaly:

NPCs in cities can be knocked down from the oil slick, causing them to walk the opposite direction. Miniatures will be knocked down too.

• Applies  Slick Shoes for 3 seconds.
• Blindness duration is 5 seconds.
• Gadgeteer increases the radius to 90 and inflicts cripple to foes that get knocked down.

• Equal and Opposite Reaction — Gain quickness and stability when you disable an enemy.

Tools

• Lock On — Striking a stealthed foe triggers Invisible Analysis. Disabling a foe triggers Controlled Analysis. Disables include stun, daze, knockback, pull, knockdown, sink, float, launch, taunt, and fear.
• Gadgeteer — Gadget skills are more powerful.

Scrapper

• System Shocker — Disabling a foe grants barrier to nearby allies. Your function gyro dazes foes when cast. Disables include stun, daze, knockback, pull, knockdown, sink, float, launch, taunt, and fear.

Amalgam

• Mercurial Tendencies — Disabling an enemy reduces the cooldown of Evolve.

April 19, 2016	This skill is now limited to knocking each enemy down once. The number of enemies that it can affect remains unchanged. The recharge time of this skill has been reduced from 45 seconds to 40 seconds.
November 04, 2014	Reduced the cooldown of this skill from 60 seconds to 45 seconds.
April 15, 2014	Fixed a bug that caused this skill to have a 30% reduced recharge when traited with Speedy Gadgets. Added an unblockable skill fact. Updated the oil slick skill fact to display the correct duration.
