Spectral Agony is an effect applied to players by choristers, dealing a devastating amount of damage. 25 stacks are applied when entering the mist in the Valley of Agony and Seer's March in north Mistburned Barrens, or after the A Titanic Voyage meta-event fails in Bava Nisos, killing the player almost instantly.
