Stop the Awakened collectors from harassing the exiles is a level 80 event that occurs at the Arid Gladefields. Participating in this event advances the nearby renown heart.
It seems the event only begins after the supply carts in the settlement have been stocked. Another requirement is to have at least one Exile or Desperate Exile alive.
