This item unlocks when the character receives the Lunatic Noble Mask item. It seems, at the moment, that the Bloodstained Lunatic Noble Mask is only a wardrobe unlock. RoseIsla (talk) 04:47, 18 October 2017 (UTC)

Wow for real? So in effect receiving & unlocking the Lunatic Noble Mask also unlocked the Bloodstained Lunatic Noble Mask skin, too? Knaive (talk) 12:18, 18 October 2017 (UTC)

Okay I can confirm it! I chose this skin (medium armor) from an achievement reward box, and it granted me both skins :) Knaive (talk) 12:39, 18 October 2017 (UTC)

I didn't know how to unlock the bloodstained one as I had the recipe for the regular one unlocked

I just figured out crafting the regular one also unlocks the appearance of the bloody mouth one. I thought it unlocked a separate recipe to make it. And sadly ONLY medium armour can wear it. THAT is why I could not find it. Could there be a note about that so people realize they have it but it is just showing up for Medium Armour wearers? --KatieBoom (talk) 19:36, 1 November 2025 (UTC)
